Just wanted to pass on a few things, I apologize for not emailing sooner. I was totally impressed with the job at King Manor Pump Station last Friday. First, your quick response to our call and meeting me in a timely fashion. Secondly, the crew that arrived on Friday night was both professional and worked with no reservations. I was a little hesitant with the way the job may have gone, or should I say could have gone. Your crew came in, looked over a few things, and just plain got to work. Our biggest fear was backing up the sewer line and possibly causing a spill, but the guys got the ball in and with our vactor sucked down the remaining water in the wet well and got the ball into the suction line. They then released the first ball and helped us to get the pump un-airbound. We were back pumping within 20 minutes. The crew then proceeded to take out the original valve. We had to stop the flow one again to reposition the suction line ball, but it went smoothly.

Bill stopped by, which really showed me you guys care about the work that you do. He stayed on the job until it was complete. You guys got the new valve in and then without hesitation started to clean up the station. I have to tell you, I left the job that night with a smile. Those guys got to the job and worked. There was no crap, no standing around the job, and they made me feel at ease. I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and I can’t remember one job that went that smoothly that was that critical.

Just wanted to pass on some thoughts and hope that in the future we have some jobs that we work with you again.

Great news. The Bethel low flow blower is installed and running with VFD.  Therefore we are able to maintain a vacuum set point, run all 6 engines and flare the excess.  This should allow us to better tune the well field and improve performance/decrease potential odor.   .   .   .   .   .   .

   Municipal Maintenance Company did a great job and is very user friendly /“turn key”.  ( do the electrical, plc, hardware and piping install, hot/cold alignment).  I highly recommend them for blower install, maintenance and rebuild.  If you need their contact info, let me know.
